Operating rules of driving range Prague City Golf Rohan
The operating rules define the obligations that visitors (as defined below) of the Prague City Golf Rohan golf course area (hereinafter referred to as the “area”) must comply with in order to ensure their safety and satisfaction. The operator of the driving range (practice areas) is the company Prague City Golf s.r.o., ID: 014 84 397, with registered office at Oddechová 886, Lipence, 155 00 Prague 5 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
Terms & Conditions
- The territory of the complex mainly includes the golf course, including all training areas, the parking lot, all internal and external areas of the clubhouse and adjacent buildings.
- A visitor is considered a golfer, his entourage, spectators, visitors to adjacent buildings and persons passing through the area. Each visitor is fully responsible for damages caused to the health of persons or property of the Operator or third parties caused by their activities.
- Responsible persons within the meaning of these operating regulations are the Operator’s representative, manager, technical manager, receptionist, field marshal/supervisor, referee, security and parking lot service, accredited trainers and trainers, or representatives appointed by the Operator.
- The visitor is obliged to familiarize himself with these operating regulations before entering the premises and to comply with them during his visit.
- All visitors are obliged to maintain order and heed the instructions of the site employees and responsible persons.
- The area is accessible to all visitors during operating hours. The current operating hours may be changed by the Operator depending on the season, weather conditions and the course. Current information is available at the reception and on the praguecitygolf.cz website.
- There is a strict ban on the free running of dogs in the entire area.
- Visitors to the area are not allowed to enter the training areas in inappropriate footwear (i.e. with rough soles, heels, etc.)
- None of the visitors may leave their children unattended in the premises.
- At the same time, the visitor to the area is obliged to immediately report to the Operator at the reception all extraordinary events (e.g. injury, damage or loss of things) as well as damage to the training areas or other property of the Operator.
- Only coaches who have a contract with the operator of the area may carry out coaching and instructor activities in the area. Every coach is obliged to report his planned coaching activity in the area at the reception and, upon request, to prove himself with a valid contract with the club. A coach without a valid contract may be expelled from the training areas or may be denied entry to the premises.
Rules of behavior on training areas
- Before using the driving range, every golfer is required to report to the reception and pay a fee for using the practice areas or show proof of purchase of practice balls or a membership card. Entry to the practice areas is only allowed to players who have paid the fee for using the practice areas, have shown proof of membership card or proof of purchase of practice balls. The golfer is obliged to present a document authorizing the use of the practice areas at any time during practice. If a golfer is unable to produce such proof, he/she may be excluded from further practice without compensation by the responsible person.
- The golf player is obliged to observe and respect the instructions of the responsible persons representing the Operator.
- The golfer is obliged to observe safety on the practice areas, in particular not to hit the golf ball if there is another person in the field of vision of the direction of the shot and the range of the intended shot. If a golf ball is flying in a direction with a threatening or unknown impact, he will call out “FORE” loudly, even if it is not his own golf ball.
- The golfer must also take into account the passing public moving on public roads and cycle paths. It is prohibited to hit the golf ball if any bystanders are in the line of sight of the tee shot.
- Golfers and visitors are prohibited from entering the teeing area, even when picking up played balls.
- Golfers are only allowed to play off the grass from designated areas.
- Golfers are prohibited from taking practice balls outside the driving range.
- Golfers and visitors to practice areas must not disturb others during their practice by their behavior.
- On the practice area, golfers are obliged to always aim towards the center of the practice area, so as to prevent possible damage to the health and property of third parties.
- Only putting is allowed on the putting green, the short game is prohibited here.
- Players are required to dig practice bunkers one after the other.
- If a player violates these rules of conduct, he may be ejected from the practice area
Final Provisions
- This operating schedule is published on the site operator’s website and posted at the reception of the golf site.
- The operator reserves the right to allow exceptions to the operating regulations
- In case of non-compliance with the operating rules, the responsible person will be expelled from the game without financial compensation or other compensation
- A visitor to the premises who moves in places where entry is prohibited by these operating regulations, instructions of responsible persons or other warning elements, is not entitled to compensation for damage or harm that he incurs in violation of the prohibition. A visitor who has violated the rules of operation or has not behaved in accordance with them or the instructions of the Operator, with the general rules and ethics of golf, etc., is also not entitled to compensation for damages.
- In the event of damage to the Operator’s property due to handling that does not comply with the operating regulations, the lessor may demand full compensation for the resulting damage.
